Payments & Billing
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept bank transfers, card payments, and other Nigerian payment methods. All
payments go to your agency wallet first, then campaigns are funded from there.
Q: How does the billing work?
A: Campaigns are pre-funded from your wallet balance. Billing occurs based on
verified time riders spend in your geofenced areas displaying your advertisement.
Q: What happens if campaign geofence budget is exhausted before the end date?
A: The Campaign in the geofence automatically stops when it's budget is exhausted by
the riders.
Q: What happens if campaign ends with budget leftover?
A: The difference between the set budget and the actual spent is returned to the
funding wallet (client and agency), proportionately.

A: No. The only fees are the 5% platform fee on campaign creation and ₦50

A: The platform fee is only refundable if you cancel the campaign before launching
it. Once launched, the fee is non-refundable.
