Campaign Rate Structure
Rate Types for Riders
As an agency, you set competitive rates for riders in each geofence. There are two rate types:
1. Per Hour Rate
- Riders are paid for actual hours worked in the geofence
- Requires Android phones with GPS tracking
- Real-time location verification
- Flexible for riders with varying schedules
2. Fixed Daily Rate
- Riders receive a fixed payment per day
- Suitable for riders without Android phones
- Requires fleet captain verification
- Additional β¦50 verification fee per verification
Verification Fees (Fixed Daily Rate Only)
β¦50 per Verification
- Applies only to fixed daily rate campaigns
- Paid to fleet captains who perform verifications
- Added to your total campaign cost
- Ensures rider compliance without GPS tracking
Verification Fee Calculation Formula
Total Verification Fees = β¦50 Γ Total Verifications Required
Total Verifications Required = β(Campaign Duration in Days Γ· 7) Γ Verification Frequencyβ Γ Number of Riders
Note: β β means "ceiling" - round up to the nearest whole number
Example Calculation
- Campaign Duration: 10 days
- Verification Frequency: 2 times per week
- Number of Riders: 15 riders
- Calculation:
- Verifications per rider = β(10 Γ· 7) Γ 2β = β1.43 Γ 2β = β2.86β = 3
- Total verifications = 3 Γ 15 riders = 45 verifications
- Total verification fees = 45 Γ β¦50 = β¦2,250

Riders see rates that are 5% less than what agencies set, as Stika deducts a 5% platform fee from rider earnings.

- Rider sees: β¦190/hour (after 5% deduction)
- Platform fee: β¦10/hour
